I specialize in relationship coaching, counseling, couples counseling, marriage and family counseling, communication skills and conflict resolution strategies. Since I am considered a private practice I do not accept health insurance.
As a Coach/Counselor my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. Helping you make radical improvements in your life is my focus by changing your mindset and helping you tap into the real you, your inner strength and your spiritual self. I provide support and guidance as a coach and therapist for transforming the issues that stand in the way of you achieving your goals. Whether you want life coaching/counseling, help achieving a specific outcome, re-build relationships, assist with conflict and communication skills or wish to enhance all areas of your life, I can help you get there faster so you can live your best life. Coaching in general is all about looking within, building confidence and finding the motivation to realize your dreams. I couple this with counseling , address the mind, and your inner self that looks at forces both within and without to help you get there. The aim is to align your inner resources with your true purpose to actualize your goals and transformation.
I serve as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. In addition to being a certified Life Coach, professional counselor and therapist, I am also a professional musician, thougth leader, international speaker and former Pastor. Out of all of my accomplishments, the most important and significant event in my life, is being CANCER SURVIVOR! I feel very fortunate and extremely blessed to have another lease on life.
