I find joy in seeing others, particularly women, who find themselves "stuck" on the treadmill of life. By offering LEGGTalk, which stands for lessons of empowerment for achieving goals and greatness, I motivate and empower individuals to conquer their personal limitations real and perceived and achieve their visions of success, through implementing cognitive behavioral therapy.
LEGGTalk, Inc., strives to serve women and teens in the who are unemployed, and underemployed gain skills, confidence and eventually gainful employment which will enhance not only their lives and their families lives, but will empower and equip them to pour back into the community to reach the next generation of women of color and Black women leaders with disabilities.
I have spent over 20 years’ experience in diversity, and disability employment services where I have distinguished myself as leader, advocate, and proponent of equal rights for persons with disabilities, in both public and private sectors.
I am not only a voice, I strive to increase the number of voices society hears from and hears about in the mainstream.
However many women and teens may not reach their full potentional becasue of anxiety, eating disorders, chronic pain, addiction, phobias, panic attacks, post-traumatic stress disorder, relationship issues, trauma and grief, sleep disorders, and bipolar disorder. I have success helping women get through these hurdles by provding Cognitve Behavioral Therapy ( CBT) so they can lve their best lives
