I am a holistic, transformational coach. My greatest joy is seeing my clients “A-ha” moments and implementing changes that truly impact their lives. I don’t give the answers; I help you find the answer that is already inside.
I have a master’s degree in counseling, as well as certifications in holistic coaching and a certification in leadership and negotiation from Harvard Law School. I am a member of the institute of Coaching, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School.
Sometimes making one shift and can change one’s entire life. That is what I love - helping you make the shift.
