About
Daya is an affiliate member of ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited Accomplishment Coaching. She began “The Success Partner” program specifically to support attorneys better their lives and enhance their careers. With offices in Washington, DC and New Orleans, LA and the ability to serve clients on-site and virtually through ZoomPro, Daya tailors each program to the needs of the individuals, companies and firms.
Daya is also an experienced neutral, resolving conflicts primarily in the construction and real estate arenas.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Potential clients will contact me for an intitial interview, free of charge. If they have something they'd like coaching around and are ready and a good candidate for coaching we'll sometimes jump right in. Otherwise, we'll determine if it is a good fit for the both of us to work together and set up a schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Pending graduation from Accomplishment Coaching an ICF Accrediated program, 15 years of legal practice, and 5 year of conflict resolution training and practice. PSYCH-K Intermediate, Advanced and Pro, Reiki 2nd Degree, etc.

How did you get started in this business?
I began coaching in 2012 while being coached and trained in coaching by a coach.
