What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to sit down over coffee or lunch  and just have a conversation. I want to get to know the decision maker and their business. I want to know their challenges, frustrations and success stories. Then I give them truth serum. It's always good to tell the truth, not matter how much it helps or hurts. 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 22 years in advertising sales and ad agency work. 


Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

We only work off of the agency commision that deducated from the total spend from the media companies. It cost a client nothing to hire us.


How did you get started in this business?

I got a job in 1996 selling cable tv ads at Cable TV Montgomery. 


What types of customers have you worked with?

Many different types of companies; law, education, issue, retail, hardware, health, recruitment and auto.


Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We did a campaign recently for boat drinking and driving. I believe that it possibly could have save lives or at least accidents. It made people stop and think about getting on their boat and having too much to drink. 


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Get to know the person you're dealing with. Ask them a lot of questions because there are so many different types of media today.
