It's very simple. Our motto is we don't want a lot of clients. Just a few good ones. We want to be able to give good customer service. Listen to what the client needs and give marketing solutions that give a return on investment. To also come up with messaging that's memorable.
I enjoy getting results for our clients. That's what puts a smile on my face.
Quick Response did a targeted digital campaign or my contracting company and we received more than 50 leads which turned into 10 new clients. That was 150k in new revenue and for a small business like ours it was huge. I'd would refer any business, big or small to Quick Response.
I like to sit down over coffee or lunch and just have a conversation. I want to get to know the decision maker and their business. I want to know their challenges, frustrations and success stories. Then I give them truth serum. It's always good to tell the truth, not matter how much it helps or hurts.
I have 22 years in advertising sales and ad agency work.
We only work off of the agency commision that deducated from the total spend from the media companies. It cost a client nothing to hire us.
I got a job in 1996 selling cable tv ads at Cable TV Montgomery.
Many different types of companies; law, education, issue, retail, hardware, health, recruitment and auto.
We did a campaign recently for boat drinking and driving. I believe that it possibly could have save lives or at least accidents. It made people stop and think about getting on their boat and having too much to drink.
Get to know the person you're dealing with. Ask them a lot of questions because there are so many different types of media today.
