First listen to the client to understand what their needs and concerns are. After that, I draw the proposed steps to the the goal based on the facts.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. I am an active Enrolled Agent which gives me the privilege to represent client before IRS. I am also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. I consult and train on several of QuickBooks versions.
