Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am a seasoned practicing psychotherapist, and professor for over 30 years. I'm grateful to have worked with so many courageous people who have been willing to ask for help, and engage in their own healing. My practice is diverse but I specialize in short term therapy. Therapy need not be life long instead, we will work together to identify your goals and develop effective strategies and tools for change. My wish is to help people explore their needs, develop compassion, insight, and self awareness. Video sessions available
We live in a frightening time, isolation is an emotional challenge, and many people are visited by anxiety, fear, and worried thinking. Please feel free to contact me, at this time, I am utilizing video and phone sessions, to help first session free for those in need.
