What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Meet over the phone or virtual meeting to figure out client goals and budget. 

Agreements for monthly work are 6 mo or 1 year. 

Once we know where you're looking for improvement, we put together a strategy and plan, with guaranteed search improvement within 3 months. 

Also one-off projects like website improvements, logos, print ads, etc.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Certified SEO Professional- Duke University, Fuqua School of Business.

Official Google Partner, based on ad spends and increased growth for clients. 


How did you get started in this business?

I was working for my family's business as VP Marketing after years in corporate sales & marketing. I realized that SEO, web design and online marketing were really cost effective and successful ways to compete with bigger companies. 
Then some clients and colleagues started asking me for help with websites, social media, email marketing...and that's all she wrote. 


What types of customers have you worked with?

Professionals like attorneys, doctors, veterinarians, dentists, interior design firms, accountants, consulting firms, insurance businesses and many more.

Home Services like HVAC, roofing companies, contractors, tilers, builders, plumbers, home inspectors and more.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Work with someone who takes the time to formulate the best strategy for your particular business. 
Niche marketing services and cookie cutter solutions don't usually cut the mustard. 


What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

What areas do I need to improve online? 

Budget?

Do I want to work with a bigger agency with a CEO, sales team and a bunch of overhead that raises costs? Or a small business like mine that cares about every project and can offer affordable pricing?
