What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I interview new clients at my office to learn the specific issues of their situation and to offer immediate advice on how to proceed. I take cases only in New York.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend regular updates in Matrimonial and Family Law to make sure that I have the latest information applicable to my client's cases.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Every client signs a written retainer agreement and agrees to pay an hourly rate for my services together with the costs associated with their matter.
How did you get started in this business?
I trained with a high quality matrimonial firm in Manhattan right out of law school and became a partner there 9 months after my admission to the New York Var.
