I believe strongly in the transformative energy of the human spirit. I believe that with self determination and a knowledgeable, non-judgmental approach one can reach a place of absolute self-fulfillment, genuine inner peace & meaningful healthy connections with others. Clients have told me that I have a natural ability to create an environment that encourages self exploration & a safe space. I work with adults and children diagnosed with ADHD/ADD offering them organizational coaching, impulse control techniques. I not only treat but I also evaluate & provide a diagnosis & diagnostic evaluations for conditions that have never been addressed or diagnosed!

I have completed Gottman Level 3 training for couples therapy. My mission in couple's therapy is to help create a more open & expressive space within the therapeutic process for deeper understanding, connection & happiness using proven techniques from the Gottman Institute & Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) principles. I work with high conflict couples I teach effective and practical tools to diffuse ongoing communication issues. I also work with premarital couples to create a stronger foundation for a successful and long-lasting marriage.
