About
Every client, no matter how big or small, is important to me. I know firsthand how it feels to be treated differently, and I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with the same level of attention and respect no matter how much money they have, where they are from or what their occupation is. Growing up, my parents - who were immigrants - didn't have anyone to help them with financial advice or tax questions. I want that to change that for others.
What we do makes a difference in people's lives. It matters. It's a great feeling to be able to help people like myself, like my parents - just ordinary people - plan better for their futures or assist them with their taxes. I went through a rough financial period in my own life during and after a divorce, so I know firsthand how frustrating it is when you need help but don't know where to look.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with my client in an informal fashion at first, just getting to know a little bit about them and what they're looking for. My style is very relaxed and I want my clients to feel comfortable and at ease. I'll take notes as we dive deeper into what their needs and expectations are; then I'll send them my recommendations by email along with a customized quote for services. If the client feels happy with my recommendation, I'll send them a form to sign and we go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the financial services industry helping clients with tax and financial planning for the last 25 years. I am a licensed CPA and CFP, have an MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business and an undergraduate degree in Accountancy from Bentley University.
