What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I get an idea of the work you do. I do a general body alignment check and tell you what I see. It's your session. The intake process insures the best massage therapy techniques are used for your session. The best way to be informed about you is from you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am an ACE certified personal trainer and a 200hr Register Yoga teacher. These certifications have there foundations in a 21 years military career. Although I have retired from service, I still have service to offer.

In home service starts at $100

there is a $30 discount for all Healthcare workers
