I help men, women and children change their lives in ways they didn't imagine were possible. I work with people who feel helpless or hopeless either because they have developed really bad habits or fears that have made them miserable for years. I use the science of the mind with Hypnosis, Meridian Tapping,( EFT) and Neuro Linguistic Programming, (NLP) to create permanent solutions to eliminate anxiety and change negative habits so they can take control of their lives and love themselves again. I have helped clients lose weight without dieting, quit smoking, improve sleep, manage anger, eliminate bad habits, and fears. I help improve self esteem and empower my clients to find their own power. I have a special certification as a hypno-life coach and also in pain management using hypnosis and past life regression therapy.
