About
In my practice I pay close attention to detail on areas I find excess tension by using different pressures, stretches and sometimes tools to relax the muscles. I listen to my clients areas of concern and use that to think outside the box as to what else could be contributing to their pains. Including stretching and range of motion movements makes the biggest difference for me to really open up areas and allow the body to ease back into balance.
I love working one on one with people and knowing that I am making a difference in their day. Seeing a physical difference in my clients from the begining to end of their massage sessions is such an amazing thing to witness.
I also enjoy bringing body awareness to people and showing them areas that they may need to give extra focus on in their daily lives. Actively practicing self care is so important to me and I love that I get to be a part of peoples routines and make a difference for them. Having someone come into my office kind of down and leaving happy is such a reward.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session clients will fill out a health intake form and go over policies. After we will discuss any areas that they would like more focus and where exactly they are feeling pain. Also I try to find out if the pain they feel is associated with specific movements which gives me better clues on what to focus on. I stay in communication with clients through the whole session to make sure I am staying within the clients comfort levels.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed the massage therapist program at Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2012. Since then I have worked and gained experience in gyms and chiropracic offices and that lead me on the path to owning my own business.
Since then I have been taking continuing education classes and am currently learning about the fascia system and its relation to restrictions in the body. I am excited to keep learning and playing my part in bringing people into balance with themselves.
