What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet a client at least once either in person, over the phone or by chating or video messaging.

My fees are based on time and type of work performed. Unorganized information or not responding to my requests timely increase the fee.
How did you get started in this business?
I started right out of college, working nights and weekends serving my clients until I received my CPA License and opened my firm on a full time basis.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Individuals, young, middle aged and older, either employed or retired. I helped some college students with obtaining their maximum tax refunds.
I also help clients who need Federal or State Tax Resolution Services, which try to reduce the amount of taxes owed over several years when payment of these taxes would pose a hardship to the taxpayer.
My business clients ranging from $ 50,000 to $ 4,000,000 in sales, setting up their accounting, summarizing and analyzing their information, preparing their payrolls and tax filings and offering advise when asked.
I also help Nonprofit and Religious organization with accounting and reporting services.

I appreciate when a client sends me a "thank you" note with their invoice payment or when the write a review on any of my advertising outlets and of course, my website as well.
