What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We typically begin by getting to know more about the clients business and their immediate goals. After our initial consultation has helped to define what the scope of our work will be, we prepare a detailed proposal of the services requested along with pricing and timeframe for each deliverable. We also send out a professional services agreement which serves to protect both parties as well as clear up any questions about how we will work together and what is expected.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

BS Degree in Corporate Communications and Business Marketing along with a post graduate certification from MIT in Future Commerce and Digital Currency. I have always been interested in the latest technology and how I could apply it to improving business growth and operational efficiency. I have managed and launched several successful businesses amongst different vertical markets for over 20 years.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

All of our pricing is customized depending upon the clients needs. We always look to make each project make financial sense to both ourselves and the client. We offer a unique custom deferred payment schedule so that you do not have to pay the full amount at one time.

How did you get started in this business?

I feel like I have always been in this business as it has really been the business of simply being me. I have always been the kind of person with a strong mindset for business and interested in helping businesses grow by understanding the details of how their business works and what drives a customer to want to buy from them. After working among so many different types of businesses and realizing how my personal interests in art, innovation, technology, marketing, and sales have always influenced me, I saw an amazing opportunity in digital marketing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with many different businesses ranging from restaurants, music stores, wholesale supply, financial services firms, personal blogs, and eCommerce businesses.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We recently attended the SMX East SEO conference in NYC and learned so much from some of the best people in the business. We made some really great contacts as well as secured a partnership with an amazing content creation agency. 

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

While I can't answer for everyone out there, I would say that when you are looking to hire a professional web designer and or digital marketing agency you should be looking to work with someone that you can tell is really interested in and knowledgable about your type of business.  Working with people that "just don't get it" can be very frustrating and often lead to an unpleasant and unproductive work experience.
