What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process would be to have the customer fill out an intake form or visit the website to book an appointment for a consultation to find out what they need. Then I woudl give them a call explain the company and service , give them a quote. If they like the quote then an agreement must be signed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been bookkeeping for over 20 years. Plus I am a Pro Advisor for Quickbooks.
