About
I believe in trusting ourselves for the answers. But sometimes, we forget how to listen to ourselves or we don't know how, since life skills just aren't taught.
Either way, I help you nurture your instincts so you can shift through all the external noise to guide yourself to your goals.
We always make decisions based on what we perceive rather than what we know.
I think a great deal of hitting roadblocks comes from not knowing all your options and not looking at things from several perspectives.
So for this, I look at the full range of physical, emotional, mental, social, spiritual and environmental influences, to help you get past the resistance.
Its not about who has the most determination or mental toughness. Its about designing what works for you that aligns with who you are at your core.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently I organised my house again. It had stayed getting off hand and overwhelming. It was time to restratagise. There are certain feeling i can't describe that just make your heart lighter with joy. Getting a space to work for you and to look good is just one of those feelings. Science has proven that the brain waves measured on a person worrying about their messy home measure at just as much stress as vets dealing with PTSD. Don't take your stress lightly!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Listen to your gut. What do you sense from what you have received from them or read about them? You are your best advocate. Don't ignoreyour voice.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Would I be comfortable receiving this? Yes, we push ourselves beyond our sense of comfort to go where we have not been before and are trying to get to. But this discomfort makes you more receptible to receiving information that will help you grow. It's like the crab feeling stress in its shell, so it goes into a corner to shed It's shell and grow a new one that is a right fit. Stress can be a point of growth. But you don't get this growth by ignoring your feelings and pushing through the pain. Ask will i just be pushing through and "changing my mindset," or doing real healing that helps me grow?
