I have counseled hundreds of clients and uses an integrated approach based on the specific and individual needs of her clients. Many of my clients have stated how much effective Evie's counseling is compared with other counselors they have worked with. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I use a Solution Focused Brief Therapy Model. This model ensures that the emotional pain my clients are experiencing dissipate as soon as possible. I work collaboratly with my clients, buidling a healthy therapeutic relationship to set an agreed upon counseling goal. We continue to keep a keen focus on the goal and makes steps in each session towards acheiving that goal. This approach benefits my clients to a high degree as the see very quickly the improvement that they are making through the counseling process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's Degree from Denver Seminary and am a Board Certified Pastoral Counselor. Additionally, I am a certified Prepare & Enrich Counselor and have a certificate of completion in Chaplaincy from Denver Seminary. I am currently an Associate Professor at Denver Seminary teaching Brief Counseling, Crisis Counseling and Grief and Loss Counselng where I teach at a Master's Degree level.

Yes, I charge $90.00 an hour for individual counseling and $120.00 an hour for couples and family therapy.
