FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I usually have the new potential client explain to me what they need in terms of accounting/bookkeeping services. I simply have them tell their story and I ask questions to drill down to the fine details so we're both on the same page.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

dual MBA Accountant, Quickbooks ProAdvisor, AccountingSuite certified

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

I charge either by hour or by standard monthly rate, I try to work within the clients budget.

How did you get started in this business?

I've worked in the Accounting field for almost 40 years; 30 years in Corporate America, my last job title was Director of Accounting for a large insurance firm in Denver, with 6 staff direct reports and 2 department heard reports.

What types of customers have you worked with?

all walks of life; wholesale, retail, nonprofit, startups, service based, manufacturing, telecommunication, cannabis and eCommerce.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I was contacted by a animal rescue nonprofit and volunteered my services to help them to start out on the right track. I helped them purchase Quickbooks online through non-profit discount service for only $50 per year, and then set them up going back to when they began, and now they're applying for their very first grant this month!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
