About
More than 20 years experience in mental health
Specialized training in Women’s Issues, Marriage and family Therapy, CBT and DBT.
Able to work with all ages, Individual, Couples and Families.
I’m passionate about what I do, am available for In-Person Counseling and I'm also a Credentialed Distance ('Skype') Counselor.
I have my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, and extensive experience and training in trauma recovery and relationship and boundary work.
I love empowering women, educating people on healthy relationships and providing the compassion, knowledge and tools to help them create the most satisfying and rewarding relatioinships/marriages they can.
I enjoy supporting a wide variety of clients from life adjustments to crisi, through positive change and growth across a wide range of concerns.
I find it very rewarding to provide a safe place for people to unload their burdens and get the support they need through 'stuck points' land to then move through difficult phases of their lives at a pace comfortable for them.
