I integrate all that I have learned throughout my life, both in and out of the classroom as well as real life experience.

I have always been involved in healing ever since I could walk and I began studying bodywork modalities at age 16.

I enjoy the individual process of healing and witnessing people heal in their own way. For example, we may be doing a treatment plan for migraines and at any particular time another part of the body begins to unwind and need attention. Our bodies are intrinsically connected and following that natural intelligence is fascinating. I support and encourage you to listen to your body and allow healing to happen.

I began my first internship in 1996 and worked extensively with master therapists until 2005, when I moved to Lakewood, CO to become a certified Bodyworker. I attended the Colorado School of Healing Arts and graduated with an Applied Occupational Sciences Degree. My area of training is Swedish Massage, Myofacial Release, Sports Massage, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Reflexology and Prenatal Massage.
