About this pro

Hello, my name is Nicole Miles.  I am a licensed massage therapist.  I specialize in deep tissue, Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and Oncology massage.  Additional training in vacuum cupping, hot stones and sports massage.  A 60 min session is $75.00, a 90 min session is $105.00.  Thank you :).

What I enjoy about what I do is I have the ability to facilitate the healing process for one in need.  Whether it be stress release, range of motion restriction, sports rehab, flexibility Restrictions,  lymph immflamation, muscle soreness, fatigue, joint restrictions or simply to get circulation flowing.  I have first hand experience with many of the above and truly believe we all need to take control of our own self care.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

60 min. $75.00

90 min. $105.00

How did you get started in this business?

This is a field I feel is essential in all our lives.  Me personally being active, and a former athlete I know the benefits from massage therapy, MT has helped me to get back to the activities I love and at the level I’m accustom to.  I am passionate about bodywork; strongly feel I can assist others with their needs in restoring balance, relieving pain and help recover from all activities.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Customers I have worked with vary.  From sports injuries, low back pain, sciatica issues, knee pain, shoulder cuff restrictions.  I also work with clients with fibromyalgia, diabetes, and PTSD.  Some of my clients want stress relief and relaxation.  I am skilled to accompany many different types of needs.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

I would advise to seek out someone who has the passion to assist in specifically what your needs are.  Someone that listens to your request and then can deliver.  Communication in this field is the key component.
