MBI Business Services Specializes helping small businesses with their accounting/tax needs who cannot afford a part time or full time accountant.
We offer the following services: accounting and bookkeepeing services, job costing, billing, financial reports, Human Resources and benefit management, recruiting and new hires, stratetic planning, cash management, setting up a new business, business coaching, tax preparation.
As a new service to better serve my clients, we are now offering financial planning services: life insurance, retirement planning tax free!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial interview is the start of a future relationship. Find out the client's needs and goals to make sure I can meet or exceed those needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Management with a 3.85 GPA. I also have a 25+ years experience in accounting.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We charge $45/per hour for basic services. Monthly rates available based on trasnactions and bankand credit card accounts. Extra fees may include payroll processing fee using MBI's license, per employee fees, tax return preparation.
During tax season we offer specials for retirees and military. Please let us know, so we can offer discounted price!
How did you get started in this business?
I started working full time and helping out friends with their business. After I lost my full time job I decided it was time to focus 100% on my own business. All my existing clients came from referral from current client or friends.
