We first consult with the stakeholders for each project, outlining the goals and objectives of the project. We work with team to fully understand their business, their business process, business posture, and (most importantly) their differentiators. From there, we assist our client to determine target companies, how to approach them, assist with email composition and the talk sheet for phone calls. Once the initial plan is made, work will then commence. Throughout the project, evaluations are made in light of results, and changes/modifications/updates are made to bring the best results to our clients.
I have been a highly successful sales person since 1992 (over 27 years)! During that time, I have attended many sales trainings and corporate sales/marketing trainings. In addition, I have trained others on my approach.
Pricing depends on the scope of the project. There are no initial consultation, setup and/or reporting fees. If we spend 4 hours with our client formulating the best approach, we do not charge the client until actual outbound work to prospects begins. Hourly fees are charge only for outbound efforts on behalf of our clients.
I was a successful salesperson and moved to Colorado during that time. Many of the companies I worked with were attending trade shows, bringing home contacts for their salespeople to call, and that outbound effort was not getting done. My expertise with outbound outreach allowed those companies to maximize their investment in attending trade shows. (Not only do we contact the person listed, we qualify that person and find out who the true decision-maker is!)
We are solely B2B. We have worked with technology companies--software, hardware, mobile applications, professional services, etc. We have worked for financial organizations, oil the and gas industry, as well as partnered with many marketing organizations, supplementing the services they provide.
