I provide coaching and consulting for families who:

Are deciding whether or not to accept a referral for a child with special needs you never imagined.

Are trying to navigate an educational system that feels impossible to understand and as though it may not be helping your child.

I am passionate about helping families of kids who come from adoptive backgrounds and /or have physical disabilities find their way and thrive. I am also feel incredibly grateful for all of the years I spend in various roles in education. This work is my way of taking my unique experiences and truly help others on their paths as well.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free 30 minute meet and greet to find out what the most important needs are and see if there may be a good fit with my services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am passionate about bringing my professional experiences together with everything I have learned from parenting a child who comes from hard beginnings in order to serve others.
As an educator, I spent over two decades in a wide variety of roles ranging from classroom teacher to counselor, administrator and ultimately school principal. Through all of those experiences, I was able to see virtually every angle of how schools work to support students. I also had the incredible opportunity to work with many different students, families and fellow educators over the years. This gives me a very unique insight into the complex puzzle that is education.
