About
Today, I help working women identify and remove whats's blocking their personal and professional goals. But before I did this, I was a woman who thought pinstripe suits, a size 4 body, and a corner office were the markings of success.
After chasing those things though, I realized that none of that stuff would make me happy (like, really happy). Because, as it turns out, my version of success looked much different than what I was conditioned to believe it should look like.
After accepting that truth and honoring my own, I now live a life I love and am on a mission to help other women do the same.
Other things about me...
- Prior to life coaching, I spent ten years in the public health sector working for and with large non-profits, health systems, and government agencies.
- I have a MS from Tufts University School of Medicine and a BA in Journalism from Indiana University.
- I received my CHC from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and am certified in neuro-linguistic programming, EFT, hypnosis, and life and success coaching.
- I am CBS Denver’s Health and Wellness Contributor and am also a regular on Fox59 Indianapolis. I’ve been featured in Women’s Health, the Mom Project, Indianapolis Monthly, among other publications.
I love seeing women go from trying to do it all to doing what feels most aligned and true. Because, for me, the work is about coming home to yourself. So, anytime I get to help someone do that - it's just as much as gift for me as it for them.
