Knowledgable in product ingredients to help meet the needs of my clients. I continue to educate myself by going to skin care conventions and local training classes. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk to potentially new clients in person at the time of their appointment or when they call to get information for their personal issues regarding their skin, allergies, adverse reactions to skin care ingredients and write them down with their contact information.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I keep my LPN license up to date as well as my esthetics license. I attend continuing education classes locally and at International events.
