What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do free consultations for DUI and other criminal cases. We get a thorough understanding from the client about what happened, why they are charged, and what their concerns are. Once we are hired and enter our appearance, we can obtain all of the evidence, police reports, witness statements, audio and video, and anything else included in the investigation. We review all of these materials and apply our years of legal and trial experience to advise our clients. And lastly, we aggressively advocate for the best possible outcome for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Graduated from University of Wyoming College of Law (The Harvard of Wyoming)
-Practiced for over 5 years as a prosecuting attorney with the Weld County and Jefferson County District Attorney's Offices.
-Was undefeated as a prosecutor in alcohol related driving cases.
