I enjoy helping my clients gain insight into their relational patterns, increase emotional expression and develop the skills necessary to communicate and problem-solve with their partners more effectively. I believes that most people are happiest when they are in healthy and supportive relationships.

When working with a new client make it my priority to:
- Be genuinely engaged in the therapeutic relationship
- Have unconditional positive regard for the client
- Feel empathy for the client
- Clearly communicate these attitudes
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a MS in Counseling Psychology and a license in Marriage and Family Therapy
