At Mind Body Soul Therapeutics we understand the importance of taking care of your health and well being. We take the time to get to know you, and your specific needs, and curate a massage designed personally for you. We believe in helping people improve the quality of their health in a relaxing way. We provide Swedish, Sports Massage, Prenatal, and Deep Tissue. We also offer Enhancemens that can be added to your session such as Aromatherapy, Sugar Foot Scrub and Hot Stone Spot Treatment. Sandra is the owner and LMT for Mind Body Soul Therapeutics and has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 11 years.

How did you get started in this business?
I Have been a massage therapist for 11 years now. I moved from Dallas, Texas last year and decided to open my own business once I moved to Colorado Springs last year and loving every bit of it. I wanted to start something of my own that allowed me to help my clients with their health and wellness needs.
