The clients is what i enjoy the most. Getting to meet new people and then develop friendships that can last for many years. Looking forward each year to see the existing clients and how their lives progress and change.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we either meet in person or over the phone. We have them provide all their documentation in person or thru a secure portal. We go thru the documents and enter the necessarry information into the software. If something is missing, or need clarification, we contact the client by email or phone and get the proper information. We then finish up the return and assemble the return into the finished product.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in accounting from Pittsburg State University along with Masters in Business Administration from California State University Northridge. I have worked in the tax business since 1991. Starting as a checker and inputting the returns. In 2002 I passed the Enrolled Agent exam given by the IRS.
