What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We perform a consultation that includes a thorough history followed by an exam on the first visit. We then discuss our findings and choose the appropiate therapy that will best help the patient.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Chiropratic school in 1981. I'm certified in acupuncture. I have extensive training in functional medicine, postural neurology, spinal reflex therapy, Applied Kinesiology, Cranial adjusting.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I have standard pricing for different procedures in my office. Typical office visit after the first visit average is between $45-$60.
How did you get started in this business?
I suffered from sciatica as a teenager and started seeing a chiropractor in high school. In my late teens I became started living a healthy lifestyle which included diet and exercise.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with patients who come see me strictly for musculoskeletal skeletal complaints as well as those who are looking for a healh coach. I've worked with every age group from newborn to 100.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My wife and I have had two granddaughters born within the last 12 months. We also have a new puppy.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Commit to stick to one provider for at least six months to a year. Don't jump from person to person looking for answers.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What their goals are. Also what their budget is for achieving these goals in both money and time. Their motivation and commitment level to make lifestyle changes.
