Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer 100% VIRTUAL TAX SERVICE. I have a website, and a client portal where my clients can securely upload, download, fill out an organizer, and sign documents. The interview is a phone call. The return will be on the portal for the client to download and secure for their records. In addition, I offer a short video explaining the tax return or sharing screen through Google Meet, whatever the customer prefers. My fees are per form, and they are reasonable. Payments are made through my portal. Clients can pay via debit or credit card.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Enrolled Agent licensed by the IRS.
In the United States of America, an Enrolled Agent (or EA) is a tax advisor who is a federally-authorized tax practitioner empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Enrolled Agents represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for tax issues that include audits, collections, and appeals.
Enrolled Agent status is the highest credential awarded by the IRS. The EA credential is recognized across all 50 U.S. states. Attorneys and certified public accountants (CPAs) are licensed on a state-by-state basis and are also empowered by the Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before the IRS.
