About this pro

Calming and kind counsellor with years of helping others, saving marriages, and facilitating separations -- creating personal coping and growing skills.

I am a long time Meditation instructor with experience in mediation and addiction counselling.

Moving through difficulties, working with others, coping with children, marriage partners and parents -- seems overwhelming at times, and especially now.

There are ways to manage grief, anger, confusion and fear.   Self esteem and confidence building can be part of the solutions.

Meditation In Everyday Life training available.

Resolving a situation so that people go away feeling stronger, supported and heard.

The answer is not always a quick fix or a long road of trial and trouble -- sometimes it's moving along into a different way of understanding.

Recently a couple called to thank me for saving their 36 year long marriage -- over and over again.  Their story involved finding ways to accept deeply different core and cultural values.

Common sense and clarity are important qualities in my working with others.  I seek to dissolve confusion and facilitate planning and clear thinking.  Goals, regrets, and longings are common topics.

We called to thank her on our 36 year wedding anniversary -- She supported us on many occasions, giving wise counsel and offered fair, common sense and a solution based approach. She has a great ability to listen to each side impartially and fairly, she always makes each of us feel that she is a safe confidant.
