Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Old friend at his end of life stage asked for a big kiss
[at his hospital bed] ~~
I did so.
"Ahhhh", he sighs. "Perhaps I shall recover after all!"
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Connection and comfort with the person you meet is critical in my opinion.
Differences can sometimes connect you or make things difficult. If you have to spend lots of time overcoming discomfort, not so good.
Look for a grounded, mature person who will offer a base of trust, common sense, and caring.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
1. What is your deepest issue?
2. How much time, sincere effort and expense can I commit to resolving my issue.
3. Can I say yes to new experiences?
