What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know our clients and their needs before we start, so as to better serve them. This may happen on the telephone, online or via email. The better we know you, your needs, either business or personal, the easier it is to tailor a program to fit you and your budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have degrees in Business Administration, Psychology and have been in the field since before college. I started as a bookkeeper in my mother's accounting firm, Professional Management Agency, and continued on to run the business after her death.

Our standard fees structure is designed to be cost effective.
Basic Bookkeeping $25 per hour
Basic Tax Preparation $35 per hour
Advanced Tax Consulting, Financial Statement Audits and Consulting $50 per hour
However, everything platform is negotiable. We know times are tight, and we are here to help our clients, process their accounting needs at an affordable price.
How did you get started in this business?
I started as a bookkeeper in my mother's accounting firm, Professional Management Agency, at the tender are of 15, and continued on to run the business after her death.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My clients include any and all Individuals, Small and Large Businesses, who require help with Taxes, HR-Payroll, General Bookkeeping, Audits, and Budgeting and more.
