Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New patients get a complimentary consultation with the doctor. On your first visit, we will take your history and do a physical examination, usually including an x-ray exam. After the doctor has had time to thoroughly review your case, he will give you a report of findings and recommendations to correct your problem. We always give patients their in-network pricing or our lowest cash rate, whichever is better for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 4,200 hours of classroom, laboratory, and clinical experience. Bachelors degree in human biology and a doctorate in chiropractic.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I always explain costs up front before I do anything and I give every patient their in-network pricing with their insurance or my lowest cash rate whichever is less.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Families, sports, infants, elderly... you name it, I take care of it here!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I live here so I can go up in the mountains as often as possible. I just went to Garden of the Gods this past weekend and drove up Rampart Range Rd! If you've never done it... go! It was awesome!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Chiropractic is the best-kept secret in healthcare, find a chiropractor that you resonate with and I'm certain you will have a wonderful experience and come away a healthier you!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
It never hurts to take a second to get a second opinion. I tell my patients that. Make certain that you are treating your condition with the least invasive means possible prior to moving up the medical food chain. I recently had a patient with pain next to his right shoulder blade... he had been to his medical doctor, a neurologist, had an MRI, and was scheduled for an orthopedic surgeon consult. Everyone said he was fine, they couldn't find anything wrong with him. He had a subluxated rib head. 6 visits later and he was fine.
