What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Evaluating scope of work is always key. To this end we arrange a kickoff meeting- be it in person or virtual, to best define our client's needs and wants.
Then we run designs by them via email for critique/approval
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees have degrees in graphic design, web design, and software development
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is based on estimated hours required for design,development, project management, testing and launching.
Every project is different and estimated on its own requirements.
How did you get started in this business?
My wife and I decided to move from corporate America into web development when she finished her degree in web design.

Working on our own new site at https://www.bigorangeplanet.com This will be the 6th iteration since we began and its always a blast.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your research. You're likely to get widely varying bids. Knowing this going in is key- and being able to see who's for real.
