Hello and welcome! I’m Erika, owner of Erika's Skin and Body Care. Based in Banning Ca at Jd's Hair Spa, I provide specially tailored massage therapy treatment and esthetics to clients experiencing back pain, stress, discomfort and skin essentials.
I personally and professionally know that to function optimally you need to feel at your best. Stress and pain can grab your energy, affect your sleep and leave you feeling tense and low. I can help improve your quality of life and help you feel and look your best.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I Always do an intake for my guest to know their specific needs for Massages and Facials..to best assist them with the best service :) I work for you! Again on the most professional level (NO sexual content-orientation) is allowed! Sad I have to say it!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
18yrs of Massage Therapy Graduated from Utah College Of Massage Therapy and masterbody worker program. Hospital Oncology Massage Certified. California Certification. Also a License Esthetician 5+yrs more education to come :) always learning!!

How did you get started in this business?
I was 10 and my dad played on a mens softball League. After the game the families would go for pizza. All the kids would play the video games. My parents wouldn't give me any more quarters to play after i ran out of what i had, so I went around the tables and massaged the parents shoulder and backs for money to play games :) true story and I loved it ever since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All walks of life.. Every one is so different and unique. Everyone needs relief from stress, muscle aches and pains! Everyone deserves to feel their best. All of my customers are kind professional and appreciative of my work...I am thankful for all my guests!!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
At the salon I work at JD's Hair Spa does alot of contributions to Child Help in Beaumont California. They put on a event every year at christmas to help the kids with presents. It's called the Holiday Buzzer at Jd's Hair Spa. We have lots of vendors and jumpers, face painting, raffles and pictures with Santa. Its truly all about the kids :) 💙💛💯

Look at the reviews on yelp, face Book and Google. Have a genuine conversation with the potential professional and ask what services they offer and their professionalism/standards as well as their work history.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Please only talk about what is relevant in massage therapy of pain and stress in the most professional level.
