What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are happy to discuss your situation over the phone, email, skype, etc. We can give you a fee quote for your approval in advance of getting started. Our technology makes on-line collaborating very simple and secure.

CPA in California, Washington State, Hawaii (Charles Kauffman).
Attorney in California (Don Nelson).
All of our employees are CPA's or have passed an IRS certification to handle returns and most have over 25 years' experience.

Our fees are generally based on the forms required for preparation and are generally a flat fee quoted and agreed in advance. Hourly rates are used for consulting services and depend on the complexity of services requested.
How did you get started in this business?
I started my tax career by working on the taxes for a large (2,000 internally assigned employees) international aerospace company and have helped individuals working in the tech companies as well as those individuals who are self-employed.
