About
I provide client centered therapy for individuals, couples and children. I work with clients in-person and online.
I work with with clients to heal old emotional wounds that come from earlier experiences, as well as trauma work, and more solution oriented work to help move through everyday life stuggles.
As a therapist, I believe it’s a privilege to be invited into the inner-most lives of my clients. Building a trusting relationship with my clients, where they feel comfortable sharing their lives with me, is the basis of my practice. I have 20 years of experience built on a combination of psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapeutic approaches. These approaches are used to reveal and understand both what drives a behavior, and practical ways to change and improve behaviors and patterns of relationships that are not working well. I have dedicated many years to working with children, adolescents and their families. I believe that people are resilient and can learn to cope with the most difficult problems in life with the right tools and someone who understands their struggles and supports them through the changes.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I engage in a brief phone consultation to learn what the client is looking to work on in therapy, and to see if we’d be a good fit. I also explain how and where I work, and what my fees are.
