Hi! I’m a psychotherapist in private practice that works with individuals and couples. I love helping people get unstuck from unhealthy patterns and dynamics. I work from an attachment style perspective when working with couples. I bring warmth and humor to our work together and believe that we can collaborate together to help you get greater fulfillment in your life and relationships.
I love helping couples heal and grow together . I love watching people’s lives unfold and getting them closer to what they want and need. I enjoy people and conversations. It is amazing to see people get what they want and need and heal from their traumas and old patterns.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A client calls and we have a conversation about what they are looking for and what they need. If it feels right, we schedule an appointment and go from there!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Los Angeles. I am trained as a Somatic Experiencing practitioner specializing in trauma and the body. I have done various trainings in the area of couples therapy and love that work!
