What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Intake call goes to legal assistant to take down the relevant information and see if we handle the case at hand, with that information we do preliminary study and research of case to see how to handle it best, then follow up with attorney for retention

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Normal consult in person is $250 to make a call to an assistant is free, $450 for one hour, same with phone consults.
