Everything I.T.
About
I am a Veteran owned, highly ethical I.T. and Web Development business that does everything from web development and anything internet business related to computer repair, data recovery, and data management. Wide range of services with a level of honesty and ethics you won't find anywhere else. I actually CARE about my clients and they are my no. 1 concern, not your pocket book. Give a call, what can it hurt?
I just love building websites. I know some programming, and I've been repairing and fixing things all my life. I'm sort of a recluse so the work suits me. I also just enjoy helping people and working with people. I like the customer service aspect of it also. I have the logical mind that likes figuring out how to make things work that other people can't. Problem solver at heart also.

Hourly rate is currently $40/hr in 2020, and other larger jobs need to be quoted...to save you whatever I can.
How did you get started in this business?
The best way, just doing what I like to do, what I do best, I was doing it for all my friends and family, and it just made sense to charge a little and start doing it for everyone else.
What types of customers have you worked with?
There is no "set type" of client. I've had all kinds, ...professionals, new beginners, traveling clients who work on the road, men, women, people who speak other languages that I use a translator to communicate with, there is no limit to who I can work with.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would tell them (and frequenlty do) to do their research, look up reviews, check references, look at their portfolio, talk to them multiple times...do your homework before hiring anyone.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
It depends what is important to them.
