1st step is an interview with client to assess what the client has, their current tax structure and what their needs are during this process we go thru options and cost and benifits so client understand where things can be inproved and the costs associated thos options.
2nd step in our process is collect information in order to organize clients file and let the client know what I will need going forward and how often I will updated documentation
3rd send client engagement letter outlining services and fees for services.
