What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I sit down with the potential client, identify and evaluate their needs then I come up with a suggested process and plan of action. My clients finalize it with me.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
None for the most part. What is important is the services have to be identified first and all processes established clearly with the client. My fees are very reasonable.
How did you get started in this business?
Im a Certified Public Accountant. I was a CFO and a Financial Controller for various companies here in the Bay Area. I also have over ten years of serving the Non Profit industry. Years ago, I started representing clients for IRS audits thru my Tax Resolution company and saved clients millions of dollars.

All types of Individuals and all kinds of Businesses.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Their processes, financial reporting needs, what potential savings they can achieve, what potential tax savings current and future, are their financial in line with their short term and long term goals, are their companies structured correctly...to name a few.
