Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start all new projects with a creative input meeting to learn more about your vision, target audience and project goals. Oftentimes, these meetings lead to a deeper and richer understanding of your product or service.
We discuss likes and dislikes, competitors and what we can do to help you stand out. By having a collaborative meeting, we are better equiped to develop a strategy and branded look that align with your goals.
From there, we'll take over and provide you with concepts, copywriting or whatever you project requires. If you're on a tight deadline, no problem. We'll provide you with a comprehensive schedule to ensure your project is completed on-time, on-target and on-budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We can go on and on about our accomplishments, awards and accolades but we'd rather talk to you about your company's advertising and marketing needs.
What types of customers have you worked with?
• Automotive
• Entertainment
• Hospitality
• Medical & Dentistry
• Clothing & Accessories
• Toys
• Spirits & Wines
• High-Tech
• Retail
• Restaurants & Fast Food
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions, lots of them. A portfolio or website says nothing about the person or agency you're working with. If you can't communicate easily with them, the work will ultimately suffer.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Have a realistic marketing budget in mind. Lowballing seldom produces the type of work your business deserves. We'll work with you in establishing a win-win relationship that's beneficial to both parties.
