You often hear that advertising & marketing agencies are either great account mechanics or great creatives. I happen to know: They can be BOTH. Working with Betsy and her team, I have strategic partners who ask smart questions and think deeply about small business challenges. They go the extra mile to work alongside us so we can all zero in on (and solve!) the marketing problem. They do external research and they poke and probe. We actually look forward to their creative presentations; the work is always fresh and original, and it STILL continues to beat our revenue projections. And going back to the “can’t have it all” myth: It’s kind of accepted that working with creative geniuses is hard. Wrong again!
