As YOUR coach, I will provide YOU with worksheets designed to reinforce each step.

Also, YOU will have the opportunity to complete online assessments to explore and define YOUR personality type and strength.

As YOUR coach, the goal is to walk with YOU in achieving YOUR goals.

I like to start with at least a three to five sessions commitment.
